On their map it shows for my area Raleigh the 501 to 2000 ppl without service. It's 3:40p Monday 24th so entering day, 50 hours of no internet with the your address area outage map not changing since Sat.

Power didn't go out, but Xfinity cable internet down since Sat 22nd 2pm. Zero updates since Sun 8a when estimated 11a fixed. Original Sat sms said was fixed Sat 7p. They offer 0 credit for weather maintenance or power outage. So have zero reason to not take weeks or months to fix, as they are a monopoly cable service, not accountable to reimburse down time and you have no other cable option. Their site just says we"'ll update when fixed. Which may be days, weeks who knows. They can't be bothered to say we fixing this. Now and give some idea they are actually doing anything.

Chicago xfinity has been going down all of August so far. All they have are robots that are completely ineffective. Very poor service here.

Cause being dropped and then it is nothing but calls failed trying to call out not receiving any calls. Xfinity is not working. It does not answer anything just says calls failed this is ridiculous and we pay for the service.55448
