98682 Wind storm hit us, The only thing that went down was CenturyLink. We have been without internet for 3 days. Tech support and the app keep saying your internet should be restored by (Input a random time.) and that time has come and gone without service 8 times.

MY phone line is down. I have no service. I need an appointment for service. I have tried the box no service to it. Address is 946 18th Ave Longview, WA 98632 I need to schedule an appointment for repair. Thank you.
