No internet service since 08:00AM Eastern Time in zip code 88047; can't get ahold of customer support and can't get an estimate of service repairs. I look forward to finding someone else who has better speed, lower prices and better customer service. Good luck, everyone if you use this lousy ISP.

Internet in Twin Lakes, CO (and apparently surrounding areas) has been down for a full week now. No intermittent, and no help, other than Centurylink stating a pushed back resolution every day, which never occurs. This is about the worst network issue I've ever seen, as I am sure all the local businesses are out as well. Whatever is going on is more than just a wiring issue.

This is terrible...for two days now we have had NO phone connection..nothing....No way to call out or report..No word in any form from Centuary link...we live at 973 North 800 East in Genola Utah 84655...could you let me know via my email address ...we do on ln payments and are never ever late....after this mess we are considering canceling you...for the price you charge...please respond

98682 Wind storm hit us, The only thing that went down was CenturyLink. We have been without internet for 3 days. Tech support and the app keep saying your internet should be restored by (Input a random time.) and that time has come and gone without service 8 times.
