I've about had it with Pure Talk. This is inexcusable. I will be moving on from them. You can't even cancel your service though until they get their site back online. Ridiculous!!

Eureka, CA 95503 I've had Puretalk for 5 years . . never a problem until now. Around midnight it went completely out and it's been out for at least 17 hours. I spoke to customer service (on a different phone) and was given no indication when things would be up and running.

Just got my new SIM card to try the service out so went to activate it and this. This is not good reading all these comments, really disappointed to see this. Mike Row is not going to be happy either. How do you not even put out a communication? Peoples phones been down for days and no one can tell you anything. Am in Az 86440....was really looking forward to giving them a shot, not so much now, dang.

66502 New to PureTalk. The duration of the outage is very concerning having been in IT for 40 years. Backup and recovery is a crucial part of IT operations. Someone dropped the ball. Moreover, their lack of communication about the outage and estimated time to recover is inexcusable from a customer relationship standpoint.

37080 - 3rd day without service, still getting maintenance down message, finally got hold of someone that but they had no ability to answer any questions about phone/website issues and suggested I just call back another day. It seems on this site everything is normal, new to Puretalk so wonder why the problem is only on my end.
