Confirmed with support that Boom! Mobile is filing chapter 11 and will no longer be operating. The only option is to port numbers out urgently. The whole provider basically collapsed overnight. If you were a customer, find a replacement ASAP if you want to keep your number!

41144. Greenup, Kentucky I get a message that "We are unable to complete your call. ..." And I get this with any call dialed and from my old phone with the same Sim card.

My service recently went down. I emailed the company and got this message; I’m deeply sorry to share that after careful consideration, we’ve made the very difficult decision to restructure through Chapter 11 bankruptcy. If this isn't successful, then we will discontinue Boom! Mobile service. I know this is upsetting, and I want to personally thank you for trusting us. We’re committed to making your transition to another provider if you choose to do so.

I have been without service for at least 5 days. When I call I’m told that the service is down and they don’t know how long until it will be restored. “ They tell me it’s everybody, yet this reply makes it sound as if all is well.” When I try to place a call I get the message: “Your phone’s not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls.” They have no idea when this situation will change. 53040
