Yesterday and today had to reboot router first thing in the am. Today it was on for an hour and then was off again. Was trying to do some banking. Very frustrating. Have been on the phone for 36 minutes this time. Gave up before. It is on at the moment, but would like to know just what is going on.

This is going on for 5 day now! It was about 2 pm Thursday when our internet went out. This was BEFORE the big storms! Will we be receiving credit on our bill? Walton, IN 56994

Down since Thursday June 11. Around 1pm. Contacted tech, and was told it was due to the storms in Tipton County (east of me). However, outage was before the storms came through that night. Tech then said it was due to a cut fiber cable, but didnt say where that occurred. None of their phone numbers are working. Finally got through to a queue, sat in the queue for 44mins, then the call went silent. Sat in silence for 5 mins before giving up. Called back and the number was no longer in service.

I was able to get a call through for support, but 45 callers ahead of me. Hung up, chose option 2 for sales, on hold with only 2 callers ahead of me. Will post if they actually answer, been this close earlier today a few times but Watch hung up.
