ViaSat Internet completely down in area 61802 since Friday, Oct. 23, 2026 abt noon (CST). 72+ hours and counting. Just spoke to CS rep and no update since Friday. They said "a gateway" issue but do not know when will be fixed or have no information where the problem is physically located. Outage has been reported on most outage sites. CS rep said can call back every 2 hours for updates. 855-463-9333 Viasat CS
