While reading the Daily News on my cell phone I suddenly wasn't able to turn the page and then the cell seemed to lock up and it wouldn't allow my to swipe to unlock the phone. it showed the front page but I could't get the phone to operate. The phone is fully powered. Then the screen went blank. I have a Fold 3. it is now showing some intermittent screen but still I cant get the phone to operate, Don't know if this is a device problem or a service problem. My location is Bronx NY 10461.
