Orlando fl Cellular on both watches went out Friday night. Checked online account and was alarmed to find several of our phone numbers were being “ported” in the line activation section and request had been made to port them on 9/10. Note that this raised huge red flag as I was worried an unauthorized SIM swap was occurring. I never received any notification. Of course, they were closed and I was up all night stressing. Called in morning and was told they were doing something internally and unfortunately it appears as a port out on the customer interface. They said watches should sync back up to cellular (they haven’t). For those of you that had port out protection and no SIM changes turned on for extra protection, please note that whatever they did defaulted them to the off position on my account. I never would have known if I didn’t check account. Feel like this entire thing could have been communicated more clearly to customers.

Post Falls, Idaho. Do not waster time with chat at Patriot. I tried and no new info, it keeps explaining their great features, which I have enjoyed the last year. Chat says it is my previous carrier locking me, which is not a good diagnosis a year after was enrolled.
