36688 Mobile, another outage with no warning. Honestly just the norm at this point, family spends hundreds a month for this shi and they can't even keep their Internet up, or when it does go down not give any notice, and "promise" to send someone out to fix it in 2-3 business days like we don't have JOBS that RELY on YOUR INTERNET. Mediacom Internet is down AGAIN with no explanation. I’m getting ready to dump this service because internet is nonfunctional at least 3 days every week.
