I am paying for internet service that Consumer cellular had decided to slow down. Reason. They want me to by a new phone. Claiming my phone is to old. My phone works just fine as long as Consumer Cellular provides the service I pay every month for. I am at Washington Mo 63090

I have NOT been able to make or receive any phone calls not send or receive any text messages. I am on SOS mode only! My husband is having the same issue. I am at 39525 zip code and he is at 39520. It has been like this for 4 hours now!!!
